Return & Refund
Free returns are available for all sale items within 7 days of receipt, provided the return conditions specified below are met. Alternatively orders cannot be returned for an exchange in House of Beauty stores within the country.
Please note that online exclusive products, special offers may not be returned using the free returns service. If you wish to return an online exclusive product, special offers using any other collection or postal service; you will be required to pay the cost of returning the item.
Important: We do not accept LIABILITY for goods returned using any other method other than our collection service.

- Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Brand item tags attached and any related sampling pieces and booklets included.
- Purchases must be returned from the original shipping address.
- Returns will be accepted only if there is any manufacturing defect with the product or mismatch of the product.
- Incomplete, damaged, or altered returns, or anything we at House of Beauty reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. In such cases, shipping charges will be paid by customers.
- Return charges are not applicable if you met the above conditions.
Please Contact Us and we will arrange for the courier to bring all the relevant documentation on collection of your return.
- Yes, unused items can be returned to us within 7 days of RECEIPT for all sale items.
- Please return the goods to us using the free Returning your Purchase process and ensure the Return Conditions are met. Returns will be refunded to the original purchaser via the original method of payment.
- Please note that an Exclusive and Gift Set items may not be returned using the free returns service. If you wish to return these item(s) using any other collection or postal service, you will be required to pay the COSTS of returning the item.
