Now, you can shop at hobpk.com without creating an account. We actually have two options so you can checkout as either a Guest or a Member. However, by creating an account you would get the following benefits:
- Review your order history
- Save your favorite products and organize them into your wish list
- Save your address to make it a lot easier to shop in the future.
Go to Login and sign into your ACCOUNT using your email address and password. Click ‘Account Information’ and update, remembering to ‘Save Changes’. For security purposes, we may request further information to verify your identity.

Customer Service is unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been shipped. Your order will be processed and a confirmation email sent on shipping. On delivery, if any items are unsuitable and meet the Return Conditions, please follow the instructions in Returning your Purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Your item will be delivered within 2-3 working days and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

- Presently, House of Beauty online store is only available for purchase and shipment within Pakistan.
- We regret to inform that if you wish to place an order in Pakistan and request for a delivery in other countries, we will not be able to process the request.

- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Pakistan.
- All orders are shipped domestically from Pakistan.
- Please note: Orders placed after the cut-off times (10:00am till 5:00pm PST) or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following working day.
We currently ship only for the orders placed within Pakistan.

- Once your order has been shipped you can also track it at TCS Couriers Pakistan website using the tracking number located in your shipping confirmation email.
Unfortunately we can only ship your online order to one location. To ship to multiple addresses, a separate order would need to be placed for each address.
Due to strict International trading agreements and regulations, we are unable to ship the fragrance to other countries except Pakistan. As of now, we can ship the goods only within Pakistan.

Free returns are available for all sale items within 7 days of receipt, provided the return conditions specified below are met. Alternatively orders cannot be returned for an exchange in House of Beauty stores within the country.

- Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Brand item tags attached and any related sampling pieces and booklets included.
- Purchases must be returned from the original shipping address.
- Returns will be accepted only if there is any manufacturing defect with the product or mismatch of the product.
- Incomplete, damaged, or altered returns, or anything we at House of Beauty reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. In such cases, shipping charges will be paid by customers.
- Return charges are not applicable if you met the above conditions.
Please Contact Us and we will arrange for the courier to bring all the relevant documentation on collection of your return.
- Yes, unused items can be returned to us within 7 days of RECEIPT for all sale items.
- Please return the goods to us using the free Returning your Purchase process and ensure the Return Conditions are met. Returns will be refunded to the original purchaser via the original method of payment.
- Please note that an Exclusive and Gift Set items may not be returned using the free returns service. If you wish to return these item(s) using any other collection or postal service, you will be required to pay the COSTS of returning the item.
